On March 28th, 2010, GREEN DMV cofounders Philip O'Neal and Rhon Hayes caught up with He'lchie Watts in front of the historic Lincoln Theatre on U street, in Northwest Washington, DC. He'lchie is a graduate of Green DMV's Greater Washington Green Jobs Corps training program. Since completing the training course, He'lchie is now employed in a full-time position with Washington Gas Energy Services.
